peugeot 307 fuse 11

Hi all,
The problem is with fuse f11/15amp inside glove box compartment of my Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi rapier estate keeps blowing. we are trying whenever we have some spare time to trace this electric short circuit. When the fuse blows the wipers, head lights switch on in off position, indicators does not work, radio does not work and car does not start. When i did test fuse blows all the time when turning steering wheel in wet weather/rain. I suspected com2000 as the f11 is linked to com2000 but when the fuse is ok all works as it should. We spent already fortune on this car and its getting too much. If anyone could help me out with this problem would be absolutely great. Thanks a lot.
