claiming a refund from a website

Apologies, not sure where to place this on this site - it's related to a website that belongs in this section forum but is really more about rights related to paying for online services.
I recently tried to advertise a room on fivenights. com - I was disappointed with the level of service - I emailed with a question immediately after paying £30 for the service but never received a response. After about 4 days (as the clock was ticking on my paid for period) the email I sent via their online form, and another to their stated address bounced back to me.
I sent another one immediately requesting a refund, which they replied to saying that they will extend my membership by 4 days if I don't want a refund.
I replied that I wanted the refund which again bounced. Now all emails I send to fivenights.com bounce, either via their online form or their stated email address, and they give no phone number though there is a postal address.
How should I chase the refund from them and what are my rights in regard of this?
thanks.
ps they even state on their site that they will give refunds if requested within 7 days, albeit they also reserve the right not to give refunds - I cannot post the link but if you check on their site under information - refund policy you will find it. thanks

No idea, but if you're still wanting to advertise then you could try houseshare.com which is free, or mondaytofriday.com0
