We stupidly got sucked into the Cartel claims thing in 2008 but as we paid the upfront fee by credit card we were told we could claim back the fees back from Barclaycard under section 75. To cut a long story short they are refusing to do so because we haven't been able to supply them with a copy of the terms and conditions from the time of the purchase (august 2008).
I am close to stopping people in the street to see if they happen to have a copy ! I am sure this is a way of just making it harder for us and don't know what to do next.......
Can anyone help us ?
