How long for Clarity Card to arrive?

Hi all,

I recently applied and was declined for the Clarity card. I appealed and it as overturned and I received my credit agreement to sign and return.

I sent this on Saturday and they received it today.

How long does it normally take for the card to arrive from them receiving the CA back?

I'm due to go on Holiday on the 4th May and would really love to have this card in time.

Anyone know from experience the approximate turnaround time?

I'd expect it would take longer than average, having 3 bank holidays comming up must cause delays.

Mine took about a week to arrive after they had received the agreement, but there were no bank holidays in that period.

May I ask what you said / enclosed in your dispute letter?

Only I've recently applied for a Clarity and would like to have as much ready as possible if they do decide to decline the application in the end.

Took about 10 working days (card + PIN) from return of signed agreement.

I'd just closed my two credit cards.

So I sent them a copy of my bank statement x1 (I bank with them), a copy of my past three months wage slips and both confirmation letters from the credit card providers confirming I'd closed those two cards showing I'd lowered my available credit.

Ahh, I checked Equifax before I applied, all my other credit cards show as settled, I have four active accounts, three mobile, virgin media, Zopa loan £3,600 outstanding, and HSBC showing OD balance £0 limit £500, so very few obligations and no other credit lines bar an unused OD.

I'm sure they'll love to see my wageslips and bank statements, tis rather good right now!

I applied for mine on Tuesday and got my agreement today. Hoping it doesn't take too long although I'm mainly going to use it on holiday and I'm not going away until June :j

I called them today, the advisor thought that I should receive the card by the 4th!

I've got everything crossed! Really want this prior to my holiday.
