What could this lump be on my kitten?

Hi all I found a lump just today on my baby Maine Coon's back just beneath her neck, she's only 9 months old.

She's only just come back from the vet having had her stitches out from where she was spayed.

any ideas gratefully received!

Even if anyone tries to guess that that may be - what good is it to your cat?

Looks nasty, I would be at the vets straight away, would not wait till tomorrow night

Has she had any injections in that area recently? Mind you, it doesn't look like a typical injection reaction.

Good luck at the vets tomorrow - hope it's nothing to worry about.
