Removing incorrect info on credit report..again

in Credit cards
Hi all,
Need some advice as to what I can do with the constant incorrect information that has been appearing on my credit report. A member of my household has a similar name and every other month I get searches on my report that doesn't obviously belong to me. So I would have to dispute with the CRAs to removing this data from time to time. The other week I got a new credit agreement from my Equifax report from a debt agency. I've only had 2 credit cards in my life and I still have them with a flawless record; no missed payments etc... I don't know what to do as this one is proving more difficult to remove (I'm still waiting for another reply from them however).
What can I do to minimise this as it's a pain in the backside to always dispute this. I'm getting tired of it to be honest:D I've had a look at Notice of Disassociation but how does that work when I'm not even or never been financially associated with the person in question?
Will I still get these searches and agreements if I move away? But I presume addresses will be linked anyway, so it won't be make a difference?

how similar is the name ?
surely you have different dates of birth ?
lenders search against name, address, and date of birth.
what relation is the other member of your household ?Karma is a wonderful thing.0
