I planted them about a month ago, as I said earlier I mixed fresh compost and fish blood and bone. I have been giving them a little water every night but I'll try to hold back a bit and only water well as needed. I have stakes in the ground and tied to the trees.

Don't think so, the root was in a small bag when I got them from B&Q.

Hi again guys, my trees are coming on nicely, one new question I have, there's about 20-25 small fruits growing on each tree which I will remove RE the advice above, should I use snips or just gently pull them off? I don't want to damage them at all.

You can do either, I normally just pull mine off, but if it makes you feel better, use the snips. :)

most will probably remove themselves during the June Drop. Any left can be carefully snipped off. I tend to leave my trees to get on with it whatever their age. I feed them well and just let them do their own thing.
