Newbie Seller needing a lil help!!!

I just got my first complaint  lol i sold a ladies size 12 Reebok t-shirt. Anyway this morning the buyer sent me a email saying it wasnt a size 12 it was age 12  which i know it wasnt as i had brought it for myself as i am a size 12 i may be dinky (5ft) but i couldnt get in kiddies clothes lol. I sent her a email back offering refund minus postage (as i had posted it) also stating it was definitely a ladies size 12 as it was mine and i am a size 12 lol. i dunno if i done right but she hasnt replied:confused:

any advice would be great
Thanks xx:o

  • I would wait and see what happens. She hasnt left bad feedback has she?
Sometimes people try it on to try and get free/reduced item.
You couldnt do much more than offer refund, but make sure you get the item sent back first if she not happy with it!

  • I don't know if this is going to be helpful advice but I've worn Reebok clothing and their sizes seem a bit smaller than other brands, for eg. a size 10 fits more like an 8. I'm wondering if this is what the buyer is complaining about? Does the label actually say 12 on it?

I think your offer of a refund minus postage is a reasonable one. Wait to see if she's going to post it back to you. Someone else will come along to this thread and tell you how to go about getting your fvf back if she does return it.
