Under NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS IN THIS EMPLOYMENT it has various columns for earnings in each category of earnings limit/thresholds etc, then there's a big blue box with a figure in it but this columb has no description for what it is above it. Then there's the 'employers contributions due on all earnings' column with a figure under that.
What is the figure in the big blue box with no column heading supposed to be?

I've looked at my P60 and know the blue box you mean. I haven't got a figure showing and I don't think there should be..............at least not on my P60.
Could also ask why there's a blue box to the left of the narrative Statutory Maturnity Pay (SMP)..........0 -
The P14/P60 comes as three pages:
P14 Sheet 1
P14 Sheet 2
P60
The employer must complete all three pages and hand the P60 to the employee.
On Sheet 1 and Sheet 2, the blue box is titled "Total of employee's and employer's contributions". This isn't on the P60, but an employer simply printing the same thing three times will also print this into the blue box.0 -
Statutory Sick Pay goes in that box on P14 Sheets 1 and 2 but is excluded from the P60.longforgotten wrote: »Could also ask why there's a blue box to the left of the narrative Statutory Maturnity Pay (SMP)..........0 -
