Feeling ripped off by ZatZat

I've been reading Martin's tips for a while but this is the first time I've posted so if this is in the wrong area, please let me know.

I took up using cashback sites after reading all the advice here at the tail end of last year, as did my brother. He referred me to a site called Wepromiseto.com, which I signed up for. Independently I found a different site called ZatZat, which I also signed up for. After I was signed up, I noticed the sites looked very similar, but checked all the help and terms that I could find and both sites make no mention of one another, only clearly specifying that you can't have multiple accounts under the same site ID (i.e on Wepromiseto it only says "you can only have ONE Wepromiseto account per person," no mention of other sites.

I'd completed a lot of transactions through them because they track well and quickly, and was due a payout of around £110 (£70 from ZatZat and £40 odd from Wepromiseto.)

On signing in again earlier this month, I was met with a screen saying "your account has been suspended," on both sites. I raised a ticket and they said it's because I have mulitple accounts which are not allowed. I'm really quite angry about this. If I had tried to deceive them, or doubled up on transactions, I'd think fair enough. However, I never doubled up (it's not possible on most things) so they will still be getting their referral fee for all those legitimate transactions I made. If they have suspended my account, they get to keep my 50% of the referral as well. I'm feeling rather ripped off.

Anyone got any ideas? Ideally, I'd like my £110. At the very least, I think they need to make it much clearer on sign up that if you belong to one of these sites, and you sign up to the other, you're automatically invalidating you're account. Is there any recourse to complain to someone about this? Any similar experiences?

Thanks
J
