We have this additions plus and are just thinking of going to the bank of scotland as they have a few more benifits for £2.00 more i dont no how to put links up or anything so cant show you. but have got the book if you want to know anything else, as we go abroad alot we can get the airport lounges to with rbs which is worth it. but as i say they have a few other things as well.
Also i will say for the barclays my partner was taken into hospital when abroard and they where great they would ring the hospital and our selfs every day to gives us an update on what was happening at the hospital, and payed up as soon as we got back.
hope this is of some help,

I would add up how much monetary value you are honestly going to get from it, and cost it with other places then multiply by a years extra cost of the account. Do remember that some of the benefits will be one offs not recurring benefits i.e I would assume you don't make a new will every year etc. However if you like it and think it saves you money and gives you peace of mind then go for it.0

Well, our current thinking is that we now have a 2 months old baby and having home emergency cover would be valuable, in addition we already pay for the AA and this offer Green Flag (not heard too many good things re them but that's something else to consider). These two things would already pay for themselves.0

with rbs i think that if you have two cars both are covered but i think with barclays it is only the one car.Every cloud has a silver lining:j0

That's no good then, we have got 3 cars, one of which is a classic car that definitely needs cover!0

We have the additions plus account and have taken advantage of everything it offers.Green flag were very good on the two ocassions I used them last year. Will writing service is easy to use and gives peace of mind as it is one of those thing you never get around to doing but this way is was easy and quick to use.Travel cover is excellant.Legal helpline was very good when we has a dispute with Sainsbury's.
Online banking is easy to use and haven't had any problems, moving money and altering your direct debit and account details is straight forward and uncomplicated.
Cardholder protection is easy to use and has worldwide cover for passports licences etc.
Domestic emergency cover is easy to use if you remember to register your new items.
The way I see it is car cover would cost me the same as runniing the account for a year so I am happy with the monthly fee.
of course you are not restricted to one account with one bank so you can always have several accounts each for a different purpose.0
