Gosh you are all organised - never been one to plan too far in advance as we usually eat out of the cupboards/fridge/freezer but I'm back onto SW plan so this week I've to be a bit stricter with myself.
Starting today my plan (hopefully) is
Tues Cereal + banana/Cous Cous with frozen veg/HM veg soup (in SC)
Wed Porridge(made in flask)/HM veg soup/Quorn Spag Bog
Thurs Egg on toast/HM veg soup (if any left)/jkt pot (cottage cheese filling)
Fri (working away) Cereal with fruit/cold rice dish/greek salad with HM wraps (piadina)
Sat (Xmas Shopping)Porridge/soup & roll (Sainsbury's Tom & Basil YUMMY) OH cooks tea - surprise!
Sun Cereal/brunch/Mushroom rissotto
All to be lowfat food. I have loads of fruit inbetweens and rarely have puddings. If we do have them they are usually baked egg custard (no pastry) or rice pudding.
Looking at this list has made me feel good - I ought to do this more often! I'd better print it out to remind me what I plan to do!!:D"It is always the best policy to speak the truth-unless, of course, you are an exceptionally good liar." - Jerome K Jerome0 -

This week is a bit odd because I'm having a big clear out prior to a shopping session on Friday, and family coming over on Saturday.
Yesterday: defrosted spag bol
Today (Tuesday): a few sausages, bit of leftover chicken, leftover tinned tomatoes, bit of onion etc in something resembling a casserole
Tomorrow: trying to make a bit of tough leftover beef taste nice by making it into fajitas (I cheated and bought a pack)
Thursday: defrosted shepherd's pie
Defrost the freezer and make stock out of all those bones I've been saving
Friday: last of the frozen sausages - quick tea because it's shopping day!
Saturday: family coming round for a buffet lunch which I expect to feed us all day
Sunday: leftover buffet food
Monday: Jacket potatoes to make the dregs of the buffet look like a proper meal
And then a fresh start with an empty freezer0 -
this week's meal plan is:
tonight: Wraps
Tues: Chicken risotto (using left over from Sunday roast)
Wed: Shepherds pie from freezer
Thur: Tuna Pasta
Fri: Pork chops and veg
Sat: Cod with parsley sauce
Sun: lasagna from freezerworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
