That's what I like about everyone posting their meal plans - you get to see what you're missing!!!
I seem to get stuck thinking of new food to try - although recently bought sprouts, spinach, and green beans as I usually do sweetcorn and carrots all the time!!
Thanks for that link Squeaky. working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0

Saturday - Corned beef hash/stew made today with bread rolls (DPs request!)
Sunday - Chicken Curry with rice/chips
 Monday - Sausage casserole
Tuesday - Lasagne & garlic bread (make extra sauce)
Wednesday - Chicken Fajitas & potato wedges

Might change the day we have them prefer to play that by ear. My first go at this so hope to stick to it as much as possible, making all these myself which will be a first aswell, no instant packet fix or microwave meal in sight, yikes! These meals are of course just for me and DP as the boys won't eat most of that. Youngest will have curry and spag bol with us but usually has small meal at tea after school (sandwich and fruit) as he has school dinner. Oldest has an extremely limited diet. One day I might be more organised...........
