Bought Flowers online (e-Florist) PLEASE HELP

Hi,
I have bought some flowers yesterday (19/04/2011) on E-Florist. It was a present and I choose a bouquet from their website. However the bouquet delivered was NOTHING likely with the one I choose. I got very upset and angry. These website (e-florist) do not deliver what they advertise and I think this is unfair, really unfair. I have pictures of what I order online and what was delivered. There is nothing similar. It is very upsetting.
What can I do?
I have already open a complain to the site and asked my money back but have not heard from them yet. I hope by tomorrow I hear back from them.
Is there anything else I could do? Can I add this website to some list as: 'What you buy is not what is deliver'?
It was a special day for me and I choose the flowers carefully but I got something completely different, in other words, I missed this important day with that awful flowers they sent, and I could not do anything else.
It was their fault.... I am extremely unhappy about that. Is there anything I could do?

Well, you're doing the important thing by asking for a refund. Hopefully this will be successful. Did you send a picture of the bouquet you actually received? I expect this would help and it will be a straightforward matter to get your money back.
I'm not sure what else you can do. There are sites that list reviews of places - google the company name plus review and see what comes up. You might be able to add something. But beyond that, there's little to be done. You seem very upset indeed about the special day that you think has been ruined - hopefully it wasn't completely ruined. be patient...you ordered them yesterday, you emailed them today, its not even lunchtime yet.
Give them some time to investigate it - then come and aks what to do if the suggested resolution isn't good enough in your opinion...0 -

I will wait for they reply. I contact my credit card and they said after 4 4 days I can contact them again and request a refund through the 'Dispute Department'. So if I don't hear back from them I will do that.
I did send them pictures of the flowers and everything, so, as you said, it should be a straight forward matter, but who knows if they are a nice company or not !?

Hi!
I have just seen your messages on here and dont know if you had any joy with eFlorist. I am part of their relay system and it does state on the website and order that we are allowed to substitute flowers should we not have them in stock. I am guessing this is what happened with your order! Particulary if it was same day delivery. May i make a suggestion to anyone whose reading this?! It is MUCH better if you call your local florist direct and place an order instead of going through a relay system, you will get much better value as eFlorist take a wacking great cut before we get the order through so you dont get what you paid for, support your local florist! :-)0
