Best way to balance transfer?

I am hoping I explain this properly,
I have just acquired the Creation card 0% for 12 months (will be 18.9%) £1,000 limit.

I already have
Capital one 34.9%, balance £1,300 pay £85 per month, 5% + interest,
Aqua 35.9% , balance £1,300 pay £50 per month, 1% + 35.9% interest,
Halifax 21.9%, balance £1,200 pay £30 per month, 1% + 21.9% interest,

What would my best option be to transfer on to the Creation, can I transfer £900 Capital One onto Halifax and £900 Halifax onto Creation and if I did would this make a huge difference to my monthly payments as I would still have some outstanding on Capital One, I know the balances are high on the high interest rate cards, but my partner had a heart operation and we needed to use them, My car is paid in August and I will then have £160 per month to split and pay alot more to them. As I say sorry if this is a silly question but I am a little confused as never done balance transfer, I am hoping someone may have some help. Thanks in advance.:)

If I were you I'd transfer everything I could from the Aqua card onto the creation card, then pay the remaining balance of that off asap (pay minimum payment on everything else if it means you can pay it off in a month or so), pay capital one next using the same technique, pay halifax off and then work on paying off the creation card.

If you pay the same or just a touch more every month overall you should be able to pay off the highest accruing interest debt reasonably quickly.
