Hi,
Am new to this and am a little bit apprehensive of doing this.
My worry is that it will go to court and I will end up getting nothing back, but then have court fees.
Has anyone ever had to go through this??

There have been many 1000s of claims so far, and only one case has gone to court than I'm aware of. In the small claims court, you will not be liable for the banks costs, only your own to issue the claim. In nearly every case so far, the banks have settled before it got to a court hearing. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
