That's because you are transferring between your own accounts. Someone else's account details aren't going to be on your statement..Does it not say the Account number and sort code on the transfer ? I'm pretty sure when i transfer money between my accounts that on my online statement it will come up with the account number and sort code it came from, perhaps if it does then send it back to the original person, Adding a note on the transfer note ?0
