Any way of getting a Natwest 95%?!

We are looking at moving home and need to stay with Natwest for our mortgage due to a massive ERC. obviously we can get a 90% fix with them but is there any way we can get a 95% LTV? I keep reading (probably false) information online about deals like these available through brokers only and also that banks may consider a higher LTV than their advertised if you go on their SVR.
The house we are hoping to buy is a renovation job so we would look to remortgage after about 6 months anyway so would not intend to be on the SVR for long if it's even possible.
Advice please!!
