My weakness is that i was late, and therefore dont have any real valid reason.

Wrong, your weakness is either the inability to read the thousands of other threads identical [essentially] to yours, or the inability to follow tried and proven advice.

Haven't had a letter come through yet, and i am feeling quite confident that im not going to pay or as so often mentioned have any contact. I however, did speak to the car park attendant in the hope he would overturn the ticket, when i explained what happened. Do you think this will go against me? As im sure he would remember me. I dont know if they have camera operating there, will it make a difference if they did?

You still are not listening to the advice being given to you, can I suggest you start from the top and work your way down to this post.

    This is what you do

    IGNORE !
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Yeah I basically told her to pay the invoice in other threads as she wouldn't listen to the list below:

    1) The BBC
    2) Watchdog
    3) Ann Robinson
    4) Martin Lewis
    5) MSE
    6) Mr Carey (Traffic Legal Expert)
    7) A Google Search
    8) Myself
    9) Fellow posters
    10) 3500 threads in this section

And countless anecdotical evidence , so I gave it one more shot to try and convince her, probably it's fallen deaf ears!

    You're right.

reenee if you're reading this it is vital that you pay the PPC immediately.

Based on what you've told us you will definitely lose thousands of pounds when it goes to court [and it will], so my advice is pay asap.

Nay, surely any judge would award millions of pounds - as parking for 13 minutes too long on private land is a heinous crime, after all. :p

And the £75 is a small price to pay, it's only around a fiver a minute so how do PPC World survive? I say we should all send them double the money to keep them in pies.

    :):rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
