Hi there,
I was hoping someone can help had a little look through the forums but couldn't really find anything.
Ok, so I owe capital one £551.00 on a £500.00 limit card.
After losing my job about a month ago, I am falling behind with payments. I want to write to them explaining my situation and that I am now in receipt of benefits and can only afford so much per month, I would also like to ask if they can freeze any interest and charges in the meanwhile.
Im hoping of course to find a job soon and should my situation change I would be prepared to pay more.
Are there any good letter templates on this site to give me a better idea of how to construct the letter.
As always,
Many thanks
T x

have a look on national debt line.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

first i would contact them if you have protection on your account then they should pay it for you0
