new to the forum and want to claim back cc charges

hi all i have 3 credit cards 1 with vanquis nearly cleared £39.89 to pay had a arrangement on this so currently not paying interest
1 capital one master card owing £204 credit limit of £500 again not paying interest and capital one visa owing £332 £200 limit currently paying interest as they refused my offer of repayment.

i just need to know the process of claiming back all charges or what im entitled to anyway also what address do i need to send the letters to any help is much appreciated thanks all

    I don't think your entitled to anything ? Should be "they need there money back" not you - you spent it.

    there has been loads of over limit charges and late payment charges so why no claim what is so different from everyone else making a claim

    its taken me about a year to get these cards within there limits

    Thats nobody's fault but your own mate - the charges etc would have all been explained in the T&C's, if you can't afford to pay them back don't use them.

    Anyway i posted a link above - check that, im not sure if it applies to you though.

    yours is recent , besides any refund would be theirs anyway
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    charges still go back 6 years or so and if what i claim/dont get pays off what i owe the its a bonus
