Paste the wall paper

I've got some paper for the bedroom - spent ages choosing it and it's 'the one' but it's one of those paste-the-wall papers. I've never been convinced that this is better, and always wonder how people manage with a long length of paper, but has anyone actually used it and pasted the paper instead? I have the feeling I'd be better off not soaking it for any length of time but is there anything else I should be aware of?

I was afraid of it at first and carried on pasting the paper but I have finally switched to pasting the wall and it is much easier and less messy! I paste each section of wall just before I hang it making sure I paste past where the wallpaper hangs so that I don't have to try and paste a neat line along it's edge when I'm ready to hang the next strip.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I won't use anything but paste the wall wallpaper, it's just so easy, much less mess and quicker too! Go on, give it a good go, you might be converted!0
