in Credit cards
Im in the early throes of a lbm and at the moment I do not ever ever want to use a credit card again - I cant be trusted and its taken me years to work that one out! I have 3 CC accounts, 2 of which I never use cos they're just about maxed out and the cards were cut up a long time ago. So that leaves just one which only has a small available balance on it of about £300 however the interest is about to go up to 24.9% unless I close it and repay at 19%. My CC were used for food and car maintenance and tax etc but Ive worked out my budget and seems I can afford to pay for 6 months tax in June with savings :T SO do I really need a credit card?? should I close the existing one? I guess its the thought of an emergency life line being withdrawn that worries me a little - and I know I said I do not ever ever want to use a credit card again but do we DFW fall off the wagon? As I said on another post is this DFW journey like a diet and will I want to use my CC like eating a doughnut !!:o
LBM March 2011 (what on earth took me so long?)
overdraft (1) -2950 overdraft (2) -246.00
total CC £12,661
loan £5000
DFD 2016:eek::eek: (cant come soon enough)

You can live without a cc. Just live within your means and only buy what you can afford, I wish I had never taken out a cc, so can't wait till its paid off and will never never use one again0
