Where to start with these cowboys?
I had a collection arranged with them for yesterday, sending a small parcel within the UK. Was told that they can come anytime between 7am-7pm. 7pm came and went, no sign of them.
When I contacted the courier, they said that the collection date is not guaranteed.
So why bother getting me to sit in all day and wait for someone that isnt coming?
Not to mention in the past few weeks I've had late deliveries, missing parcels........
I think i'll stick with TNT in future. :rotfl:
