how hard are they to get?

hi,as some may know ive recently applied for the MBNA CC to do a balance transfer.

im wondering how hard are these to get?are they a harsh credit scorer?are CC easier or harder to get than loans?ive never missed a payment on anything ever so id imagine my credit history to get o.k

how much are they likely to give me for my first card?

    How long is a bit of string.
    There are a lot of variables so a true answer is difficult to predict.
    Have a look at your own credit score with one of the credit scoring companies that will give you a starting point and follow that up by reading Martins articles on credit scoring and card applications and you will have a idea when to apply .Credit limit are related to your previous payments and your current wages.If you earn £15000 a year I would be surprised if you got more than £4000 limit.
