Hi all
I was was recently made redundant on the 8th april via a letter through the post off my employer stating that the company has gone into administration.
I guess we seen it coming but he never payed us for our previous weeks employement nor give us notice, anyhow the RP1 form is in the post regarding that.
What i really need to know is how to get hold of my p45 and p60 as the company has now shut and in the hands of the administrators,i have tried ringing my boss but he seems to not want to answer my calls.any help on this matter would be much appreciated thanks j

If the company is in Administration it does not follow that your position is redundant. You may still be employed and therefore no P45 is due and they have till the end of May to provide a P60.0

As soon as you start any new employment ask for a P46 form to fill in.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
