I'm sorry if I have placed this post in the wrong section of this confusing forum. However I'm looking for a London based SEO company and have come across many however many have not replied I came across two of which one I have enjoyed speaking to over their live support system.
Blink-SEO have a fairly competent support system and I believe they are what Im looking for. They have said theyll work with me to come up with fairly competitive keywords for the industry of which I am in and therefore I would like this service.
I understand that I could do Search Engine Optimisation myself however I am not very technology minded and there is a need to outsource my work.

I have looked at this page and will be considering the enterprise service after speaking with adam on support system.
what would you guys recommend should i go with them?

IMO avoid anyone who does bulk submissions to Forums and Directories.
Take some time out and learn a few of the best practice and terms, go read the SEO BOOK site and look up Matt Cutts (google webspam team) on youtube.
You should be able to arm yourself with enough information to understand what you are looking for with you SEO/SEM strategy.0 -
I would speak to Kathy at http://www.eyeformarketing.co.uk/
She is fantastic at SEO and other related technologies.
Of course, "Rico" could just be an employee of the company he is "promoting"Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -
I would be inclined to do your own SEO - avoid companies that claim to get you onto the first page of Google, they are lying. You don't have to be technologically minded to do your own SEO.0

I disagree. I'm pretty sure most of these awesome SEO companies are able to get you onto the first page of Google for the uber-competitve phrase "Blue widgets with pink spots and yellow stripes in chelmsford for under 5p". My keyword research shows me this is the top phrase in it's nichesteve1980 wrote:Of course, "Rico" could just be an employee of the company he is "promoting"
I have to admit that was my first thought...
OP: if you are for real, do your own SEO. It really isn't that hard. If you must use a SEO agency, you do tend to get what you pay for. Don't rely on the keyword research they do for you - do your own research to make sure that any keyword phrases they are targetting really will drive you good traffic to your site. If they make changes to your site, always double check their work to make sure it's all totally white-hat.0
