Hi all,
Not sure if this is a problem with my online british gas account as only been on the new meter for 2 months but i just went to check on my Energy Smart account to use the Predict my Next Bill for my Elec usage and noticed on the 'Your Account Summary' that my last meter reading shows correct which is shown as 00250 on 9th April.
If i then go into the Energy Smart section and go to predict my next elec bill it shows on this as Last billed read as 118 on 9th April.
Just checked my bill i got and has the following figures on
The gas account seems fine

06 Apr 2011 - actual - 231 - We read your meter
= 113 metric units over 17 days (actual)
07 Apr 2011 - actual - 231 - We read your meter
09 Apr 2011 - actual - 250 - You gave us your meter reading
= 19 metric units over 3 days (actual)
Do you think something is wrong with the site or they have not updated my online energy smart account yet as it looks like they have taken the figures from the 21st March not my last meter reading of 250.= 19 metric units over 3 days (actual)
The gas account seems fine
