I have MS Word 2002 installed and have a letter saved with a date of 25th November 2006, I want to amend this and reprint how do I stop it defaulting to todays date 1st December 2006?

The date has been inserted as a field, which will automatically update with the current date. You should be able to delete it and type in the date you want.Charlie0
