Been musing over this and thank you for using the example....as most if not all tradesman are less intelligent than most and certainly than me I can't make my mind up as to who would actually deserve it more? I already do they're job and don't find it difficult however im pretty sure that people who clearly arent intelligent enough to do anything else wouldn't be able to do my job as well as i could do theirs?? Anyway just wanted to start up a small discussion about these thoughts. For the record i am a receptionist. Roles include answering the telephone, paperwork and making tea for my boss.
