Good Realtor in croydon?? (moving overseas)

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable realtor in Croydon via whom I can rent my property?

I have to move overseas for work and really need a good realtor who will look after my property and tenants!

Has anyone been in this situation and can you please help?

If you're a faketor touting for business, please delete your post.

If you're a prospective tenant, well, I'd recommend a PM.

Nothing useful on your question but if you are indeed American and will be a non resident UK LL then either make sure you understand double taxation treaties or use a good accountant as you will have two governments wanting to tax the rental income!

By Realtor I meant Estate Agent (EA).

As I will be away for a long time, am lookign for an estate agent who I can entrust the property to and who will ensure that I get the rent on time.

@theQuant,Thanks regardign the warning about Streets Ahead! i have heard similar things about them. will PM you about location, rent etc.

    Can anyone recommend good EA's?

Always a good idea to kick off a thread in British English.
