Newquest Car Ads

Hello,
I recently paid £25 to advertise my car in our local paper, plus surrounding areas papers and on Exchange and Mart.
I searched and search E&M for my car and couldn't find it for ages, then when I eventually did, it was rubbish. They only put one photo in it, haven't put the fuel type in the right section, or transmission, or mileage, and the detail in the actual ad was rubbish.
I spoke to E&M who have kindly updated the main body of the ad with some detail and put the mileage in but they're unable to add in fuel etc. Also they can't link it to my E&M account so i can't even update it.
I've emailed our newsquest lady but had no response, and there aren't any contact details in the email they sent me when I paid for it.

OK, so i've been in contact with Newquest. They won't give me a refund but offered to rerun my ad for free an put it back on exchange and mart, it's still coming up without a fuel or transmission which mean's that if anyone searches for a manual car, my car will be excluded. I'm so annoyed. They told me not to worry about it... but i'm annoyed, £25 for a pointless ad!_____________________________________________
