Vehicle control services

I am looking for some clarification here on VEHICLE CONTROL SERVICES i have just contacted the British parking association who confirmed them as a registered company and stated to me they have not breached any regulations and that they can and will take you to court PLEASE HELP ticket has to be paid by saturday but really dont want to ...thanks.

I have read all posts saying they do not have power to take you to court etc and its only an invoice to recover there costs but after speaking to someone at the BPA i am a little concerned now .

    No need to be concerned.

If you have read the replies including the ones to this question you posted elsewhere you know you need do nothing.

Do not contact the company or the BPA again

What bit of all the posts that you read did you not understand or require clarification upon?

I don't think you understand what the BPA is.

It's a boys club with no legal powers, funded by the same company that is currently trying to screw you over.

As if they're going to tell you not to pay! Ignore the clowns.
  • Thanks for advice i will ignore there letters from now onwards etc and will call upon your expertise further down the line if required .....How does this company get away with this though where i got my ticket was close to a football stadium on match day i estimate approx 400cars were ticketed . Also how are they allowed to obtain your details from the DVLA when they make no statement on there tickets about the data protection act??

You grant the DVLA those rights when you sign the car's paperwork.

Sadly statistically 40% will cough up so a nice little earner for someone - now wonder these companies are everywhere.
