Our flat is in a block of 8,it is owned by us and due to the terrible soundproofing(numerous posts)we are getting a builder in to try and improve the noise transference.Do we have to inform the management company who collects our maintenance charges that we are having work done.

What does the management company contract say? Without being able to see it.....Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.0
