I think it's because rather than taking obvious steps to discover the information required, he/she preferred to ask someone else for it. Someone who had taken the trouble to look for it themselves and were misguidedly generous in sharing it.

I thought it was because their tone was so narky when people didn't hop to and provide the correct info in the correct order immediately. They're paying for a service here you know0 -
Why not ring them and ask them? Then you can let us all know the definitive answer
I would just like to clarify that my post above was in no way intended to 'get at' the original poster. I was trying to make the point that the RAC should be able to give a more authoritative answer than members here.0
