I think it's because rather than taking obvious steps to discover the information required, he/she preferred to ask someone else for it. Someone who had taken the trouble to look for it themselves and were misguidedly generous in sharing it.
Unfortunately, this site tends to be used far too often as a lazy person's Yellow Pages.

I thought it was because their tone was so narky when people didn't hop to and provide the correct info in the correct order immediately. They're paying for a service here you know

Why not ring them and ask them? Then you can let us all know the definitive answer

I would just like to clarify that my post above was in no way intended to 'get at' the original poster. I was trying to make the point that the RAC should be able to give a more authoritative answer than members here.
