I hate sending things to landfill, and they are too shabby for charity or probably even re-cycling so this way it keeps them out of landfill and puts some money in my pocket

Nope, I'm far too cynical, don't believe it, sorry.

Most 'normal' shopping baskets (as can be attested to by Womblers) have been cheaper at Tesco, so why not just use the £60 for BOGOF's or even B1G2F's, and reduced price items.
