I'm not sure how he is being involved in fraudulent activity? Maybe breaking the T&C of not being allowed to sell it. But I've had enough of that F word, so I'm not getting into any debate again.

Fraud = Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain

The seller would be all too aware that the T's and C's state that the voucher is not for resale (why else would they have neglected to highlight them in their listing?). This person is knowingly selling the voucher, against the T's and C's, for financial gain and they are deceiving the purchaser of the item too.

Well, I just sent the seller a message and suggested he remove the item before he/she is investigated for fraudulent activity. It will be interesting to see if it is removed, or whether I get a message back.....

haha oh dear... i expect the SAS are currently swinging through the windows of the sellers residence...

How do you do this please?

Just reenter your reciept details on the website and if it your voucher is not ready yet it will say processing and if it is ready it will give you your voucher event if you have not yet received your email.

We do know about the Asda price guarantee, I take it (just received in e-mail). Not as good but worth a look.

Asda Price Guarantee includes comparable grocery shopping only. Comparison
made against Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons only. Your shopping must consist of a minimum of 8 different grocery products, of which at least 1 must be comparable. Claims must be made within 28 days. Difference via voucher for comparable products. £100 total claim in any one month. Maximum 10 claims per month. Exclusions apply. For further information, full terms and conditions go to www.ASDA.com/priceguarantee. For example: If your comparable grocery shop cost you £100 at Asda and £100 at Tesco, Asda will give you a voucher for £10. If your comparable grocery shop cost you £95 at Asda and £100 at Tesco, Asda will give you a voucher for £5.

Worth noting that Asda Guarantee is independently run, unlike the tesco one.
