When you use the self service do you just scan the dtd voucher yourself or does a supervisor come over to input the amount? Many thanks.

Most times, yes. But today I used a voucher for £2.98 and it just told me to put it into the coupon bit. The other day I had one for £2something and had to have a SA come over to confirm though. For under £10, you might not have to to, but it varies. For over £10 - yes, as they have to input the voucher amount.

Thats true, but i honestly didnt realise that by putting that type of link that somebody could access your computer.

That's not what they are saying, your computer cannot be accessed through a link like this, they are saying the link takes you to the op's voucher which could be accessed by anyone.

The best way to have dealt with it would have been to pm the op and not post here drawing attention to it. I know most people are honest but there have been those that have been caught re-using their own vouchers, one of which I have seen actually boast about it on this forum, it is these people with a lack of morals that may well cause problems for the op if one is used, nevermind how many more thousands read these boards.

The staff member that hangs around those tills did it for me, although some people have reported the sub-£10 vouchers scanning automatically without needing staff input.

I wouldn't dream of NOT handing over the receipt with a voucher, as that's part of the promotion. Anyone not having the receipt should expect to be pulled up.

Most staff I have handed the receipt and voucher to haven't checked the match up.

I think it would be best to remove the rest of your post before it is reported, suggestions like this should not be posted on the forums whether it is actioned or not, exactly for the reasons given above.

Updated my app Mr.T again :)
Now tries to split your shopping cart into baskets as close to £20 DTD as possible.

    Version 4 here:-

Excellent, just wish there was a way to effect the £2 Finish coupon as the split bills function cannot make best use of it.

Also is it just me or does Asda's search box not show (when the item description brings too many hits)

Half my 'Asda' screen is filled by 'Book a delivery slot'
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
