I'd like a few tips please re the lamb & beef.
I am out all afternoon visiting & we will eat our main meal this evening. I have 2 slow cookers, one I plan to use for the lamb but will beef be ok in a SC or should I stick with the oven methos.
Really don't want to spoil either meat so any help appreciated, thanks.

    Happy Easter to you all.

I did my beef in the slow cooker on Friday. Just pre-warmed the SC and plonked the beef in on autocook for about 5 hours (no liquid added). Then ate cold yesterday - was lovely!

    Hi Flyer

The colgate that price checks at £1.00 if the one with mouthwash beads, if you look at the box there is a cut out on the front ( right hand side) that exposes the contents IYSWIM, the tubes inside are clear and contain blue or green toothpaste gel with tiny white beads.

    Hope that makes sense.

Tesco pays me 40p everytime I purchase one Lol!

Here's a link on Tesco site for blue

    and green

Looks like both the whole chicken and the finest rump steak are on offer at Mr T's as of tomorrow, therefore not a good DTD!

Lovely here , very slight breeze keeping the temp down. Going to be able to eat in the garden lunchtime.

Does anyone know if we will get vouchers today, I know we cant spend them, but we can get ready for an early start tomorrow.

I'm hoping so - that way I can plan a bit more about what to spend my ill gotten gains on, rather than filling the basket with shower gel just to make up the total!

I know this has been asked already but I can't find the answer. Can I use my voucher in Express stores?

Can spend it yes but can't get a new voucher from it
