I did my beef in the slow cooker on Friday. Just pre-warmed the SC and plonked the beef in on autocook for about 5 hours (no liquid added). Then ate cold yesterday - was lovely!

Happy Easter DTD'ers , and a special "Thank you " to our ss team which work so hard for us all.

Looks like both the whole chicken and the finest rump steak are on offer at Mr T's as of tomorrow, therefore not a good DTD!
