Just had a lovely conversation with FIL who is in his 80s. Last time we went shopping together I input his receipt for him and he got a voucher back. I sent it to him and he phoned today to say he'd been shopping and used it. I asked whether he'd had any problems. "They were a bit frosty" he said "and I said to the sa 'that's nearly 25% off my shopping using the voucher'. She gave me a look and went 'hmmmh!' so I said 'It's not me you have to blame. I didn't say you were cheaper than Asda! You said it!". When I offered to input his new receipt he was delighted. Yes, indeed I have! Going for 'Red' tomorrow - stupid price in Tesco, £5 in ASDA (and appears online as such). I think the only ones that work are the Blu-rays that appear on the ASDA Groceries site, so be careful.10 Ways to Spend All Your Student Loan In A Week0 -
