why not target the specific "trout", then get her to call supervisor, then get her name as you advise her to check with head office while you wait...and cause an even bigger queue...it's great when they have to come back and admit they were wrong in front of everyone...then write to head office and complain in the strongest terms about the big queue AND the humiliation (nothing like a good barney)...

i don't have any problem dealing with jobsworths like that ESPECIALLY when they are in the wrong and flaunt (for their own gratification) Mr T's own T & Cs.

Got caught out with the refuse sacks, didn't see they no longer worked until I got home.

My barcode for the cod was 0292702 which is different to the one on the SS but I have submitted a form for it to be added.
