what I meant was do the editors update todays prices (i said nothing about checking them themselves). as in if people check todays prices and fill in the forms with todays price (wether it has changed or not), does it then get updated? and how do we know if it has been updated? is the confirmed date the last date it was confirmed on a voucher, or the last date it was confirmed as the prices being the same on asda/tesco?
The confirmed date is the last date it was confirmed on dtd voucher, this confirms that the item doesn't come back n/a and the price.Comping wishlist for 2017

The confirmed date is the last date someone received a voucher with that item on it - so it confirms it still registers, IYSWIM. We don't have any sort of flag for price changes having happened.
Sorry if I took you the wrong way, had visions of people expecting us to manually check all 700 lines every day (keyboard starts to smoke at the prospect!):D:eek:0 -

We keep saying this but it is everyone's own responsibility to double check prices on Asda's website before shopping.
ive always checked the prices myself first, but i just wondered if there was any way of seeing if the item has already been checked and confirmed, as i know hundreds on here are probably checking the same items0 -

It's the last date it was confirmed on a voucher.
People don't submit updates for prices being the same when they are doing they own checking, just if there have been changes.0 -

Barrs Irn Bru 500ml bottles are £1 each in Tesco or 60p each in Asda, net cost 20p:T
They are also in 2 for £1.80 in Tesco or standard 2 for £1.20 in Asda, making them 30p each after DTD. Still a good buy though. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
