Just heard about the bristol riot on the news.

I said to my bf was somebody refused DTD at Tesco that sparked it :rotfl:

    They targeted it because:-

The Tesco Metro store damaged in the violence was the subject of a concerted campaign to prevent its opening, with campaigners complaining that the store would not benefit the community.

I am going to do 2 DTD shops today :D

It wasnt me , honestly :rotfl::rotfl:

Well, if it's a DTD shop generating a DTD shop, there's no problem.

However, if it is someone using a voucher twice against the same receipt, I sincerely hope Tesco prosecutes them to the full extent of the law. I know that seems harsh, but Tesco are being unbelievably generous with this offer - they are, after all, a business, and not a charity. To reprint vouchers to use again just shows staggering levels of greed, especially considering how easy it is to generate free shopping with this promotion, and to do so legitimately.

    Sorry, rant over :o

You will find they are treated as a shoplifter would be, they instigate civil recovery for this which is a fine of a few hundred, as well as a ban and I'm not sure if it goes against your criminal record. I don't see why people need to reuse an unsigned receipt anyway, if your doing it correctly then your shop will generate a new voucher.

When I was in store on Wednesday, the SA asked about the receipt to the Supervisor and she said to give the receipt back unsigned, if the voucher was reprinted and used again it would be detected.
Perhaps this has happened as per previous posts

Very odd, why are yours numbered and mine not????

Do you print horizontal rather than vertical?

I've never really noticed until you mentioned this and both voucher from today and one from yesterday are like this, also checked back emails and older ones are also like this, I just click file and then print, it's set to portait so no idea why I have no's and yours dont, also one is from email link and another from just entering the receipt again so that can't even be why.....strange
