Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 5

A warning to people who are going for the Lindt gold bunny 100g that tesco have the 200g one at £3 also so don't get them mixed up like I did today:(

Anyone else noticed they have dropped the '36 hours' reference on the PriceCheck page after you submit your receipt?

This is the Revitalift which is £6 in Asda and £16.33 in Tesco. It was locked up in a plastic box in my branch but also came back OK on my voucher today.

Tesco Finest Italian Antipasto 120g. T= £3.00 A=£2.00 DTD= £2.00 Net Cost = £1.00

It's a selection of Parma Ham, Milano Salami and Another Salami (according to packet, even though it looks more like Brescaola). Admittedly not as good as the other two finds, but still a nice luxury for only a quid.

haven't submitted a receipt today but thanks for the info.

'36 hours' still on their Ts and Cs and FAQs though.

Can I add to this that Aldi do a fabulously, huge range of continental meats at cheap, cheap prices every day of the week. Anyone who pays Tesco, Sainsburys et al for these at their ludicrous prices is living in the dark.

Also noticed Cadburys Dairy Milk 400g & Fruit+Nut 400g where both same prices aswell in tesco/asda

Asda price £8.90 per kilo

i tried to buy this eye cream yesterday but when i got to the till it scanned in at £15.74 instead of £16.33 and my voucher i had was for £16.06 so i had not spent over the voucher there was a massive queue of people moaning at me already because i had not gone to the self service till so i had to just tell her to void it out and i would come back
