Are these the £5 vouchers that you print off website? I've had 2 refused and didn't like to argue with the sa as was using a recycled £20 dtd voucher
That's the ones. Think it's down to individual store preference whether they accept them or not. Luckily my local did, sorry to hear you had no luck.FTB Tracker

Just got one voucher, which is from a wombled receipt for a grand total of 72p. My other vouchers haven't turned up though and I've a feeling I may have inputted a previous receipt as I got a duplicate email for a voucher sent not long after I put the details in. hmmmmThere's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0

I was thinking that an easy way for Mr T to stop the greedy more than one shop a day abusers is to only accept vouchers if used with a clubcard. This way they could track spending via clubcard possibly. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

For anyone who's vouchers come back as 'processing' - which browser are you using?
I found that by using IE, using the back arrow and re-submitting it worked after 2 or 3 attempts whereas on Firefox it didn't seem to.
*Note: It doesn't work for everyone but it's worth a try.
I will try and bump this daily as it seems to have helped a few people and the query comes up regularly - and this thread moves SO FAST!
Thanks to the SS people for all your hard work!0 -
