Top o the morning to you all! I thought I'd share something I've found a bit strange about the price checker website. If you go in and put any e-mail you like against your receipt to price check then go in later and put a completely different e-mail address but the same receipt details it ignores the fact that the e-mail addresses are different and gives you your results - I wonder whether Mr T is even recording the e-mail addresses? Make of it what you will but please don't shoot me down - I just think it's odd!

She then looks confused and decides not to scan the voucher but to call a supervisor instead, button is pressed and supervisor appears....

Oh no it is the same supervisor that commented on my voucher last time, telling me I must 'have known' what to buy to get money back while looking into my soul.:eek:

I know this is going to be trouble.

She strides over and checks my receipt and tells me in a smug voice they cannot accept the voucher as it the previous shopping was also paid by voucher.

I tell her this is not in the terms and conditions and I happy for her to ring HO.

She huffs and puffs and storms off and tells me she is going to the CS desk.

I follow like a naughty child while everyone stares at me.:(

She rings up HO and low and behold..... IT'S OK TO ACCEPT THE VOUCHER!!!:T

She tells me that she hasn't been in for a few days(that's why I haven't seen her since last week) and that the terms and conditions keep changing.

I feel like politely telling her that the T&Cs have never been like that but keep quiet.

She recalls the transaction and there is 34p to pay. She asks for a clubcard and I tell her I don't have one but would like to apply. This is my second mistake as I clearly do as the other reason I am in Tesco today is to pick up a Direct order which was paid for my clubcard vouchers.:eek:

So I join the queue for CS (it's quite long now) so I can pick up my order hoping I get one of the other CS staff instead... which I do.

They then can't find my order and after 20 mins of waiting they finally locate it.

I finally leave the store a nervous wreck.

Following on from this experience I had yesterday...

I must have left my clubcard in the store when I picked the Tesco Direct order up.
Got the clubcard in the post today with a note saying sorry she forgot to give it back as was in a rush.

Now they definately know my name!
