Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 5

Just got back from my usual lunchtime shop, used a voucher and the cashier insisted on keeping the accompanying receipt. When I queried this he said that they have received a memo from HO advising them to retain the receipt. I wasn't too bothered, except that it had a friend's e-mail address on the back and I can't remember what it was. Anyone else had this?
Yes I have, at yesterdays shop, and todays, the receipts were required.
No problem to me, as nothing was on it that might have needed proof of purchase in case faulty. The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
the voucher you print off is limited to one per ip address
i have printed some off at work and used made up names/addresses:D
after using it on less than £30 spends before i had a dizzy cashier who couldn't get it to scan then read the small print and said you haven't spent £30 (had spent £25) drat! so i was a cheapskate and put some bits back!! never been a problem before for me
Thanks, I know it's a pain in the rear to get more than one voucher from beforeishop! I was referring to getting them through the post from the Co-op and was wondering if there's a limit to the number of Co-op member applications allowed per household.0 -

Have copied this from post 1:
From AshtonBRSC 'I've created an Android app that helps with calculating the value of your shopping the DTD while you shop. It's incredibly helpful to avoid mistakes'
You can see the app here: https://market.android.com/details?i...sc.android.dtd
(This link works on any browser not just Android phones)
But when I try the link on the PC, it doesn't work. Is it temporarily down, or do you have to do it via a phone? (Am getting very excited about this possibility -- the answer to my prayer, I think, if I can do it on the iPhone.)
The link has been mangled (The correct link is https://market.android.com/details?id=uk.co.ashtonbrsc.android.dtd) but if you just search for DTD Calculator on the Android Market then you will find it. I have a feeling though that you have an iPhone which it won't work on.0
