  • I have just checked the web page for tescos and it is on my copy, and I have just looked on the spread sheet and it seems to be still on there, I refreshed my page aswell. I wonder if things are different in stores than the web page ?

    right, question for you.

The Chorizo has a date of june on it, now its a cured meat, what do people think about keeping it past its use by date? Im sure the italians hang these things for years!
I want to get a few more but just wanted conformation.

    What about freezing it?

    Chorizo can be frozen :)

What is the consensus of changing the time from say 13.20 to 1.20 on receipts.....I'm talking about doing this when people are having problems getting their vouchers, I'm sure someone said they did this and they got their voucher. We all know there is 24hr/12hr clock issue with the receipts/vouchers.

Is this a definite NO NO or what?

I have been thinking the same thing... wass just afraid to say it incase it was seen as fraud etc

However i do think that this is the only solution to the issue (especially as they seem to be cracking down on it) as long as you are doing it to a genuine voucher and not adjusting anything else, just correcting tesco's errors for them!

Tech bods....anyone having success inputting their receipts from a mobile phone? Mine did work but won't work anymore.

I put 2 in on my iphone this afternoon on 3G.

The first receipt came up saying theres a problem and try again or later but tried a 2nd time and it went through. Have had that before though and got the vouchers the next day.

    What phone are you using?

I get a problem from my phone too, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and just says try a second time or try again later. If I try 2 or 3 times it might go through, but sometimes I just have to leave it... until later. Good luck :)
  • And LOL at the DTD stuff in my basket :D

And did you get it ok? Im thinking to buy two of the quattro razors....as it says hair removal included....but not sure if that would work as the SA guessed that the razor came under fem hygiene. I thought fem hygiene was things like towels and tampons...??

Any ideas what else i could get to bump it over the £20 mark?face wipes? if i try using the voucher exchange and dont get it i can always use the DTD voucher im thinking that i will hopfully get tomorrow....

be careful, if your voucher is under the extra item you buy has to be from the same dept

i saw someone post understandable v angry after buying an electrical item that was one penny under was told he had to buy something else -and it had to be electrical, not many electrical items for 1p, he wasn't best pleased

i went a bit over 5 shower gels came to 11pound something-had a £10 voucher just paid the extra, but i got my money back anyway:T

I have just been in my local for a DTD shop and was using a DTD voucher when the lady said how the other week there had been shouting and a big to do with a customer using one of these vouchers, apparntly senior management was called down and they did not allow the to be used due to one of the common problems with the time and it having a digit missing. I think in my store some people have been forging vouchers and that is why they are being extra tough about it, but I do not change mine, this is how they genuinely print off, yet they still cause a fuss! whats more is the price check thing is still being advertised yet they dont want/arn't allowing you to use the vouchers!!

im getting worried that im not going to be able to use them anymore!

When I printed out mine today I had the date and time on the actual voucher printed from my computer. I left all that on my voucher and the SA took it with no problem. I just gave her the voucher and receipt together and she just swiped it and just signed the receipt and gave it back to me.

I've had a few of these now, all that is left are the cars ones.

I was under the impression that they came back as N/A, but confirmed?

    Anyone?
