What I can't understand, is if the part is no longer available, and I'm covered by their (try not to laugh;)) extended warranty, why is it taking this long. All they have to do, is google this make and see it's a worldwide problem. Or is it because they are losing money and could be about to be put up for sale?
It's because Comet is both a shambles and con merchants.
They will either be so incompetent everything takes ages, or they will deliberately delay everything in the hope you just give up.0
