    Just so's we're clear - the EA sent you a £100 cheque to pay you off after you complained?

    Can we also be clear - what did the contract say, specifically the part that you think they breached?

    You were the one who told is it was 'Sold' in your OP. Now we see this didn't mean (in your terms) 'sale completed' ....

    What stage were you at? Offer accepted? Contracts Exchanged? Somewhere else?
